Log-in Methods

You sign in to Datalogz Control Tower with the log-in method configured at your license activation. Control Tower supports the following methods.

Authentication code

Sign in by proving your email address. A code will be sent to your email with which you can access your Datalogz Control Tower.

Google authentication

Sign in with your Google account, using any Google-supported email address.

Microsoft authentication

Sign in with your Microsoft account, provided your organization has approved Datalogz as a third-party tool.

If you cannot sign in with your Microsoft Entra ID account, your organization's policy may be blocking the app. An administrator can grant consent for your whole organization via the following URL: https://login.microsoftonline.com/YOUR_TENANT_ID/adminconsent?client_id=YOUR_DATALOGZ_CLIENT_ID

Replace YOUR_TENANT_ID with your organization's tenant ID and YOUR_DATALOGZ_CLIENT_ID with the Datalogz client ID, available from your Customer Success Manager. Once your administrator approves, access is enabled.

Enterprise SSO

SAML 2.0 single sign-on, including Okta, is available for enterprise accounts. Contact your Datalogz team to configure it.
